We performed an upgrade to our TV system on October 30th, which has caused set-top-boxes (STB) to shut down. The upgrade was intended to simply put a STB in a “sleep” mode if not active and would “wake up” with any button push. We had tested this function multiple times on our lab system and it worked correctly.
In order to restore service you may need to reboot your box by powering it down. Just unplug the round cable in the back of your box or unplug the power cord from the outlet. Please leave it powered off for approximately 15 seconds, restore power to the box and let it go through the reboot process.
We apologize for this inconvenience!
